Mental Health 

SSWU participates in mental health and psychosocial platforms in Juba level and is also a member of South Sudan's proposed technical working group for mental health policy. 

We are also part of the coordination and cluster meetings at the field/site level. Through our house-to-house visits approach, we trained 17 community health promoters (volunteers) in mental health programs by creating awareness about mental health. 

We trained community health promoters to identify cases of mental illness and link with or refer them to other service providers.  SSWU intervention managed identify 270 young men , women and adolescent girls who are survivor of Sexual Gender based Violence.
